Visting Mima & Papa - July 22, 2010

In July, I flew with both kids out to Wyoming to visit Mima & Papa for a week. The week started out with some fun in the yard and around the house.

 

 We were lucky enough to be in town for Frontier Days and were able to take advantage of some of the fun events. Ethan loved the parade and the carnival rides.

 One of the BEST days was the trip to the Waterpark near Denver. They had a section that was perfect just for little tots like Ethan and a nice grassy shaded spot for Becca to lounge and stay cool. Ethan LOVED the slides and all of the waterfalls that he could run in and out of.

 We took a trip to the local Bison Ranch and that was a definite thrill. We took the ride out to see the wild herd up close and personal and Ethan thought it was neat to be able to throw the pellets out to feed the bison.

It was a great trip and nice to just spend some quality time with my two wonderful children and for them to spend some great time with their Mima & Papa.
